In Sofia, you can pick up a cable from Kiler at 22 Abagar St. in Sofia City Logistic Park. In Plovdiv, you have to make a prior phone arrangement with our Customer Support Center. Cables are provided to SPARK users during Kiler's business hours. When receiving the cable, it is required:
- To display an active SPARK profile.
- To complete a transmission-reception protocol, keep it until the cable is returned.
The charging instructions are on the back of the cable, and we recommend that you follow them strictly. Charging at home can take up to several hours, so plan your trip accordingly.
