**1. When does the campaign run?**

The campaign runs from July 6, 2026 through July 31, 2026.

**2. Who can participate?**

All SPARK users who are members of the eGO Loyalty Program.

**3. How can I collect eGO points?**

You can collect eGO points for the first session started from each separately marked colored zone within 24 hours if:

• the vehicle is picked up from a separately marked colored zone in the mobile app;
• an actual trip takes place;
• the session ends in another permitted parking zone.

Example: Start your first session within a 24-hour period from the yellow “Sv. Troitsa” zone, then start another first session from the pink “Lyulin” zone, and continue with other separately marked zones while meeting the remaining conditions to collect eGO points.

**NB!** Points are not awarded for more than one session started within 24 hours from the same separately marked colored zone.

**4. Which zones are specially marked?**

The mobile app contains several types of zones:

• Yellow zone – marked in yellow, awards 100 eGO points;
• Pink zone – marked in pink, awards 50 eGO points;
• Brown festival zone – marked in brown, awards 150 eGO points.

**5. How many sessions per day can earn points?**

Only the first session started from each separately marked colored zone within 24 hours, provided the conditions above are met.

**6. Can points be refused or cancelled?**

Yes. SPARK may refuse to award or may cancel points when unfair conduct is identified, including:

• starting sessions without an actual trip;
• attempts to circumvent the conditions;
• other violations of the service rules.

**7. Can the campaign be changed or terminated?**

Yes. SPARK reserves the right to amend, supplement, or terminate the campaign at any time.

What are eGO points?

Accepted Answer

eGO is SPARK’s loyalty program, in which users accumulate points* while using the service or completing challenges.

Points are credited only for the value of your trip paid with a debit or credit card, as well as for completed challenges (see full terms in “eGO points” in the app).

For every €1 paid for trips, you receive 3 eGO points (or double if you are with a SPARK Pro, Recharged or Supercharged plan). The eGO points are valid for 12 months.

How do I join the new loyalty program if I am a new or existing customer?

Accepted Answer

If you are a new SPARK customer and have not accumulated points so far, go to the “eGO points” menu and press the button to join the loyalty program (“Start”). By accepting the **Terms and Conditions**, you will be able to collect points that can be exchanged for various rewards.

If you are an existing SPARK customer and already have accumulated eGO points, you need to transfer your points to the new loyalty program. This is done by going to the “eGO points” menu and pressing the button to transfer points, while agreeing to the program's **Terms and Conditions.**

How many points do I have and what can I use them for?

You can see your available points in the “eGO points” section in the app. You can exchange your eGO points for two types of rewards:

• discount codes from partners
• SPARK vouchers

In the “eGO points” menu, you can see how many points you need to unlock the various rewards.

Question 6

Why didn’t I receive eGO points?

Accepted Answer

eGO points are not generated when the service is paid for in full or in part with a voucher. In order to receive eGO points for charging an electric vehicle with a low battery, the following conditions must be met:

• Start a session with an electric vehicle marked on the map with a lightning bolt⚡.
• Start charging at an Eldrive station while your session is still active.

Question 7

What happens with my eGO points if my account is temporarily deactivated?

Accepted Answer

If your account is temporarily deactivated, your eGO points will be saved. You can use them when your account is reactivated. However, the expiration date of your points will not be extended.

Question 8

Can I exchange my eGO points for their monetary equivalent or transfer them to another user?

Accepted Answer

No. The accumulated eGO points of each user cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent and cannot be transferred to another SPARK account.

Where can I see the rewards I have redeemed?

Accepted Answer

You will find all redeemed rewards (along with the discount codes and their validity period) in the “Partners” section within the “Vouchers” menu in the app.

In cases where a selling price is also present in addition to the RRP, and the difference between the selling price and the RRP is more than 10%, the discount does not apply.

Codes do not apply to products at the pre-order stage, collector's editions, or "Super Price" items. In the event that the product selected by the user does not participate in the campaign and the code is not applicable to it, no discount will be applied to that item.

The code can be used more than once by one user within the specified period.

Codes do not apply to products at the pre-order stage, collector's editions, or "Super Price" items. In the event that the product selected by the user does not participate in the campaign and the code is not applicable to it, no discount will be applied to that item.

The code can be used more than once by one user within the specified period.
