"No Accident Penalties (3 items)" is an additional feature that, in the event of an at-fault road traffic accident, waives the penalty fee for up to 3 damaged elements of the electric vehicle (this does not apply to tires and rims).

For your convenience, this feature is active. You can deactivate it from the toggle in the app before your trip.

**Important**: "No Accident Penalties (3 items)" is only valid if all requirements from the Rules of Use and General Terms and Conditions are met. You can find the full terms and conditions for this feature in the Vehicle Usage Rules.

Accepted Answer

The price is 0.80 EUR / 1.56 BGN per started hour, up to 4 EUR / 7.82 BGN per day (within one session). You can see the price in the app on the screen before you start your session.

Question 3

What happens if I deactivate “No Accident Penalties (3 items)”?

Accepted Answer

If you have an at-fault accident with the "No Accident Penalties (3 items)" feature deactivated, you will be charged a penalty for each damaged part, according to the Vehicle's Rules of Use.

Can I activate or deactivate the feature during an active session?

No. Activating and deactivating the feature is only possible before starting a session.

What if I don’t want to use “No Accident Penalties (3 items)”?

Accepted Answer

You can deactivate this feature using the toggle in the mobile app, which is visible on the screen before you start your session.

“No Accident Penalties (3 items)” with a membership plan

Accepted Answer

**For Recharged and SPARK Pro members**

The cost of this feature is not included in your subscription plan. Just like with the standard plan, you can deactivate "No Accident Penalties (3 items)" before each session.

**For Supercharged members**

Since Supercharged members are not charged a penalty for damaged parts, the " No Accident Penalties (3 items)" feature is not applicable and will not be visible in their account.

Can I use “No Accident Penalties (3 items)” with long-term offers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have "No Accident Penalties (3 items)" activated with a long-term offer, you will pay a fixed daily price in addition to the offer cost, depending on the number of days in the offer.

If your trip extends beyond the days in the offer, the standard hourly rates and the corresponding maximum daily price will apply.
